COMPANY POLICY

* ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER INTAKE PROCESS

* ALL PRE-REGISTERED PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

* Clients are responsible to meet company compliance policy for scheduling:

- Clients must give Cobb Anger Management a 24 hr notice to cancel ANY appointments

- After 2 Consecutive cancellations as per client request or NO CALL - NO SHOW, Cobb Anger Management has the right to terminate all future and current sessions.

- A $50 deposit is needed to hold any Appointment times/dates

- All appointments are forfeited if 15 mins Tardy without any update

- All Packages and (or) Sessions expire in 60 days if not started or completed. No-refund will be returned.

- SATURDAY GROUP CLASS - A 15 min Grace Period  is given to all participants , If you do not make it on time, you will have to reschedule for another class, rescheduling fee is $150 no exceptions, no refunds will be returned.
